payment information on it's computer systems or servers, or in any other form.
If you wish to pay by check, money order or other form of payment, please
contact us to make proper arrangements.

timeframe indicated by our shipping and delivery policies, and in reasonably
acceptable condition. If items become discontinued or out of stock, Always
Wedding Favors LLC, will make all reasonable attempts to inform our customers,
and either offer an alternative or refund any payments made for the items.
Always Wedding Favors LLC will not be responsible for any loss suffered by a
customer due to the inability of our customer service representatives to locate
a customer within a reasonable amount of time to notify of the unavailability of
an item.

Wedding Favors LLC agrees to comply with all federal and state laws regarding
on-line business and privacy. We will cooperate with law enforcement as
required to enforce these laws. Always Wedding Favors LLC complies with

6. Customers may elect to pay by money order or
personal check, however, no part of an order will be shipped until the
entire purchase price has been paid in full and any personal checks have
been received by Always Wedding Favors LLC and cleared in full by the
purchaser's bank.
